God wants us to get His definition of the gifts He has given us. Ask Him for His definition of your gift(s). You will be blown away. Our gifts become limited through our eyes, but not through His. His perspective of your gift(s) will give you more revelation to walk in it fully.
Now is the time to exercise our gifts even more. Let God perfect them in the church, but keep in mind He will use them ANYWHERE. God will use your gifts outside of church life if He hasn't already. There is a lost hopeless world out there that needs God and you are His light.
Also, we need to remind ourselves that we carry God anywhere we go. Here's a promise that has blown me away lately--John 7:38. He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water--KJV. RIVERS plural of living water are flowing from us because we believe. Shouldn't the people around us somehow notice God.
Rivers cannot be contained. Rivers don't stop flowing. Rivers change the environment around them. Rivers water dry land. Rivers provide substance for growth. You have Rivers of Life flowing out of you. Flow in it.

What an encouraging word. This one hit home with me. Thanks for being obedient in posting what Father God's speaking to you! It's mind boggling to think that so many of us think our gifts have to be perfect before we're used...but that He wants to perfect them in His church and release them out to increase the Kingdom...well, it just blows me away!
