I was praying for God's Spirit to prepare the hearts of the people He will set before me this week and He showed me this vision. I believe it is for everyone who sows, waters, or harvests...basically everyone.
He showed me a freshly-tilled field with green stalks growing up from ranges of 6 inches to a foot--they looked kind of like young corn stalks. There were no dead spots and the soil was rich and tender, ready for deep growth. The field was growing and God was giving the increase rapidly.
I then prayed for 100 fold increase in what was sown. He said that limited the growth. So I asked Him for His full growth on the word sown.
If you sow, water, or harvest, now is the day of salvation. Look for opportunities for God to use you. Be prepared in season and out of season. Don't be caught off guard. He longs for the people He has chosen to be conformed to the image of His Son. He will provide the increase. You provide the instrument He has chosen to use to bring others to Him.
The Word you speak from God to others will not return void, but it WILL accomplish the purpose it was set out for. Believing in Jesus gives you rivers of Living Water flowing from your belly that dry bones need for LIFE. You can show others Jesus: the way, truth, and the life that leads others into a relationship with the Father, Son, and Spirit.
Pray for God to use you to sow, water, or harvest. If someone dies without knowing Christ, they don't get a second chance. They are eternally seperated from God. God gave you a second chance by giving you life while you were dead in your sin. How He longs for His sons and daughters to come to Him. He knew them before they were. He eagerly waits for the day when they will call Him Lord because they want to, not because they have to.
